If your surgeon recommends
If your surgeon recommends massaging breast implants following surgery, you may want to ask him or her if they have a specific technique to recommend. Most surgeons recommend a technique of squeezing the breasts in different directions, with the goal of moving the implant around in the pocket where it has been placed by the surgeon. This massage technique is said to prevent too much scar tissue from forming.
