How long it takes to recover from breast implants

Hi Lemit! I had my second

Hi Lemit! I had my second breast enhancement surgery one year ago now and each surgery was very different in terms of recovery. I will use this second surgery as what I have seen to be the average recovery time amongst my friends and I. You really have to take it quite east for at least 4-5 days where you are still taking pain medication and do a lot of relaxing at home. I thought that I would be able to work on my computer shortly after my surgery, but it took me 5 days to really be able to get back to work. After 5 days, I still felt soreness and a slight bit of pain, because I was off of my pain meds at that point so that I could have a clear head to work and focus. One week after surgery, I still had to be careful with movements and felt a bit sore though no pain whatsoever. I couldn't work-out until 5 weeks after my surgery and even then I really took it very easy for the first few weeks of working-out, meaning no high cardio or weights. I was totally and completely back to my routine about 8 weeks after surgery. It is best to really take your time to allow your body to properly heal, because if you don't then you can do damage and it's just not worth it. I hope this answered your question.
