Breast implants themselves do
Breast implants themselves do not get hard. However, there is a possibility that capsular contracture has occurred. That is a complication in which scar tissue forms around the breast implant, squeezing it. As a result, the implants feel hard. You may want to visit your doctor – who can help to determine what is causing the hardness.
