Celebrities may have plenty of money to blow on cosmetic surgery, but is more plastic surgery always the answer? There are plenty of examples of celebs who look like they've gone under the knife a few too many times. JD Journal.com recently took a look at a few of the most prominent examples, asking how we can learn from these celebrity plastic surgery mistakes. Here are a few tips to keep in mind if you don't want to end up looking like you've had too much surgery:

1) Enhancing lips and eyebrows does not necessarily make you more beautiful.
2) Cartoons may look cute, but it's possible to make your own appearance look too animated.
3) There is a fine line between human and alien. Sometimes subtle is better.
4) If it isn't broken, it may not be a good idea to fix it.
5) Looking tired is better than looking pinched.
6) You don't have to look just like everyone else.
7) Sometimes fixing bad plastic surgery just makes things worse.
8) It may be better to be naturally plain than to be artificially enhanced.

If you're considering cosmetic surgery, keep these lessons in mind. You don't want to end up with a plastic surgery horror story.
